He and his team have done everything from warranty work on our new home to full remodels of the entry, kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom. We were so impressed with everyone from the painter to the cabinet makers to the drywallers. In an emergency, Premier Restorations goes above and beyond. We had a leak due to a faulty hose bib outside that flooded our basement. Spencer and his team rushed to the rescue and quickly accessed the cause and determined the best solution to fix the leak and repair the damage. When they were done, the basement was better than before! We were so grateful to have a team to help when disaster struck. We did two extensive remodels over two years where we remodeled the entire master bedroom wing including the bedroom, fireplace, and bathroom and then again when we did the entire kitchen and entry. Spencer and the Premier Restorations team were a daily presence in our home and became part of the family. They were quick to let us know the day before what time they would arrive, making sure that worked for our schedule. They were courteous and worked hard to be as unobtrusive as possible.  Spencer and his team are a VERY rare breed. We used Premier Restorations to remodel the entire interior of our home, including walls, flooring, cabinetry and bathrooms. We are very particular people with high expectations and value strong organization and project management, responsiveness, superior craftsmanship and attention to detail. We have done a lot of interior and exterior work on our home with many different contractors and Spencer and his team are by far the best we have ever worked with. Spencer took the time to really get to know us and understand what we were trying to do, what was important vs not, and even learned our decorative style. Spencer and his team are more like partners to us than contractors. We completely trust them. We could not be happier with the work they have done and how painless it has been.
